Charity Week ‘09 Results
City ISoc Raised £4231.91 !
Alhamdulillaah. City ISoc raised £4231.91 as part of Charity Week, more than a fifth of the total collections, maashaa’Allaah. A little bit more is still left over to be handed to UWT, so the total would be around £6000-£7000 inshaa’Allaah.
The total for all five Islamic Societies (including Greenwich, Kingston, Queen Mary and University of East London) was around £20,000. Alhamdulillaah! All of this was collected for the medical aid projects in Gujarat. Pakistan and Somalia.
Thank you ALL for your donations. May Allaah add whatever donation you made to your scales on a Day when you will need it most, may Allaah increase your eemaan and grant you the blessed Abode. Aameen.
