As salaamu aleykum i have been trying to download the template letter at uni and at home computer and i have been unable in both instances please could someone tell me on what kind of program or whatever is required to open it or have i been doing something wrong as each time something unfamiliar always comes up i do not know how to open the file. to make it easier on others also is there a reason why it can not be on some kind of word document or maybe it is i dunno

Akhi you could always just copy and paste the letter on to an email and make changes to personalise it if you wish.
