what should a person do when their regular lessons coincide with Jumu’ah?
If it is a one hour lecture, where there are notes to be taken and it happens every friday, should the person miss that lecture throughout the term… without having gone to a single one and thus being unprepared for their exam! ?
What if it’s not lessons, but labs? This means that if someone misses the lab for any reason other than health issues etc. then they cannot make it up at all and it counts as a significant portion of their final grade? or if one lab itself does not count as a significant %, but the series of labs missed every other friday will lead to a signific. portion being deducted from their final mark…
or what if it’s an exam?
These are problems faced regularly by Muslim students.
