Innal hamda lillaah was salaahtu was salaam ‘alaa rasoolillaah wa ba’ad:
The remaining topics and beliefs of the ‘Aqeedah course will be completed on the 21st of October inshaAllaah. The following topics give a brief insight to what will be delivered inshaAllaah:
1) The Names & Attributes of Allaah: Key and essential principles and foundations when dealing with the names and attributes of Allaah. Brief mention of groups that have gone astray due to them not applying these principles. The names and attributes from a purification and heart-warming perspective.
2) The Belief of the Angels: Who are they? What are they? How is their appearence? What are their roles and responsibilities? How many of them are there? Do the angels see us? Can we see them?
3) The Belief of the Books: The books of Dawood, Musa and Isaa. The Pages of Musa and Ibraaheem. And the Book of Muhammad (may Allaah send peace and blessings upon them all).
4) The Belief of the Messengers: What is the difference between a Messenger and a Prophet? How many Prophet did Allaah send? Who are the Messengers of “strong will?” Who is Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and what are his miracles?
5) The Belief of the Hour: What is the Hour? The minor signs of the Hour. The major signs of the Hour. The Day of Judgement. A description of Paradise and a description of Hell. The party of paradise and a party of hell.
6) The belief of Qadaa wal Qadar: Four principles regarding qadaa and qadar. Allaah’s Knowledge (al-’ilm), Allaah’s Writing (al-kitabah), Allaah’s Will (al-mashee’ah, and Allaah’s Creation (al-khalq). Brief mention of the two extreme groups in their understanding and application of qadar. Ahlus Sunnah’s belief. Scenarios and examples.
7) Re-cap and questions.
We pray that the course is of benefit and can clear up any confusion or mis-understanding regarding the ‘Aqeedah of Ahlus Sunnah. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused, whether it be due to the deliverence of the speaker, the speed of which topics were covered or anything else. We ask that you forgive out shortcomings and remember us in your du’aa’s.
May Allaah aid and support His deen by raising forward a learned, wise and active generation from amongst us, Aameen.

P.s - Charity Week is a week after inshaAllaah. November the 2nd.
Due to recent Islaamophobic attacks, all sisters attending the course will be required to make their way home after the ‘Asr break (or before 4pm). As for what they may miss in the class, all contents will be uploaded online inshaa’Allaah, so they can take better notes from the comfort of their own homes.

Is it possible to conduct the next fiqh of Salah course at an earlier time insha’Allah? or perhaps at another university (e.g. Queen Mary) by brother Saleh??

All courses start at 2pm… as some people finish classes at 1pm and then have to pray Dhuhr etc.
As for different venue… the purpose of the courses is to train the next generation of Muslims of City University in Islaam … and if we change the venue to other places, many of those who usually attend may not attend due to travel etc.
